Bulgarian judokas are first in the overall ranking of "Panagyurishte Open"
The Bulgarian judokas are first in the complex ranking of the Panagyurishte Open tournament.
For men, the team from Haskovo is first, followed by the judokas from Romania's Bucharest and Pitishte. Ukrainians are fourth.
Among women, the leader is the team of Vidin, followed by Ukraine, the capital's "Champion" and the Romanian "Pitishte".
The medalists were awarded by Kostadin Topalov, main organizer, chairman and head coach of Topalov Club.
And the winners received sports equipment from one of the sponsors of the tournament - "Suples".
The two-day race was started by 946 competitors from 12 countries in 5 age groups from 5 to 17 years. Bulgaria was represented by 41 clubs from the country. The Romanians had 11 teams, and Ukraine, Montenegro and Greece came with three teams each.
The Panagyurishte Open tournament was for the fifth time in a row, and now the culmination was the ceremony of sending our Olympians to the Tokyo 2020 Games. Ivelina Ilieva, Ivaylo Ivanov and Yanislav Gerchev handed out a bunch of autographs and photos to their little fans.
